The French Hospital Leadership and Innovation Program (FLIP) is a specialized medical innovation and entrepreneurship training program hosted at the French Hospital in Nazareth, in collaboration with the Azrieli Faculty of Medicine and Northmed Innovation Center.

Designed for healthcare professionals, the program combines theoretical foundations with hands-on experience to empower participants to identify clinical challenges, develop creative solutions, and translate them into impactful healthcare innovations.

FLIP is supported by the Israel Innovation Authority and welcomes physicians, nurses, and clinical staff who aspire to transform their ideas into real-world medical solutions.
