NorthPreneur is the flagship program by NorthMed Innovation Center, designed to equip promising professionals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to play leading roles in the growing MedTech ecosystem.

The program prepares participants for leadership positions, such as Co-Founder, CEO, or CTO in emerging MedTech startups, including ventures developed within the NorthMed portfolio. As part of NorthMed’s mission to foster innovation and expand high-tech employment in underserved regions, NorthPreneur provides hands-on experience, professional growth, and access to a strong network of mentors and industry leaders.

Is This for You? You may be a great fit for the NorthPreneur program if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience in the medical or life-science industry (in R&D, business, or clinical roles), or hold an advanced academic degree in a related field.
• Are passionate about MedTech innovation and entrepreneurship.
• Want to make a tangible impact on the healthcare ecosystem.
• Can dedicate up to 8 hours per month to participate in sessions and mentoring activities.

Enrolment Process

1. Submit your application.
2. Interview: Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 5 business days to schedule an interview.
3. Acceptance: Upon approval, you’ll receive an enrolment agreement to confirm your participation.
